Will the OR let you start putting 7% of your salary into a comapny pensition,

The OR will not allow excessive pension contributions. You will have to ask your OR what they consider excessive

The OR will be looking at making these contributions available to benefit the creditors rather than yourself via an Income Payment Agreement
