will i need to provide credit card statements. as when i entered my iva i sent most of them to the company, then threw the rest away.
once i go bankrupt will the or be able to get them.

Not necessarily if the bankruptcy is the result of a failed IVA. The Trustee can get copies from your IVA supervisor if they need to see anything.
