Expenditure exceeds income.
Should I go for bankruptcy? And if so what about personal possessions? My car is worth under £800 and I have a computer probably worth £100 which I need for study. I am also a part time student.

Hi,

How much are your debts? If they are under £15,000, you have no assets other than your car which are over £300 and have less than £50 per month disposable income after your normal living expenses, then you could be eligible for a Debt Relief Order.

Otherwise bankrupty could be a solution for you. Your car and computer should be ok.

The glimmer gets brighter all the time
