i have not heard anything from some off my creditors for quite a while one for six years. After explaining i was on 20% pay cuts and four day week i was not able to pay anything. At this time they seem to not bother me i would of gone bankrupt but saving any money is almost impossible at the moment would it be ok to leave things as they are at the moment i rent and only just able to pay my bills when i explaned this to one of my creditors he said i will sell it on again not sure what that means

Hello,

If a creditor has not contacted you for a period of 6 years or more (not including mortgage debts which is 12 years) I am quite sure this debt becomes statute barred, which means they can't pursue you for it. Selling it on, means that f a creditor gets no where with payment, they pass it onto another debt collection company. Hope this helps
