Hi,
Have court date tomorrow at Bristol. I am doubting myself so rang Bristol to check on the fee amount. The lady said £510.00. I am sure it is £560.00. Does anyone know?

The fee to go BR at all courts (apart from the High Court) is £510.

Good luck for tomorrow x

Hi Nic,

Make sure you take the completed EX160 form with you when you petition so you get the £150 rebate on the fee:

Thanks gettingoutofdebt,
I've got that printed out already, and have the up to date tax credit award notice to take, as proof.
