Hi, Both I and my wife were declared banrupt in 2008.
I was selling a few items on ebay which apparently were an infringement on trademark

I immediately ended the auctions and refunded where possible

I am being taken to court an wondered what the position is as I am still bankrupt

If the Infringement happened after the bankruptcy he you will be fully liable for the consequences

Fines etc in criminal proceedings are excluded from bankruptcy, so you wouldn't have been able to include them anyway.
