Hi I am booked in for my bankruptcy on Aug 10 and at the court on Aug 7th to go through my paperwork. What I needed to know is do I have to give them 3 copies of everything i.e. bank statements etc or just 3 copies of the forms.
3 copies of everything would be enormous if I was going to have to submit 3 copies of all bank statements for last 5 years etc

Kind regards

It is just 3 copies of the SOA that you will need to take to the court. The OR will probably ask you for 1 copy of bank/cc statements for the last 12 months or so but they will request this when you have the interview with them.

It's no problem if you don't have all of the statements as the OR can contact your creditors to request the statements.

Good luck on the 7th and 10th.
