got 16 days now till my hearing and am thinking i really must get my forms filled in, but am a bit stuck as to what is a reasonable amount to put in for food clothes etc got four kids (3 of them teenagers) living with us permanently and 2 more teenagers every other weekend and half of all the holidays, also for clothing. please help many thanks

Hi, try and look at your bank statements to see what you actualy spend as it is harder for the OR to reduce if you can show what you pay, i know that this can be hard as many people have been juggling expenses between various cards before bankrupty. If you cant do this then i would say 1 adult/4children (Food/Household £400, clothing £150) or 2 adult/4children (food/Household £610, clothing £180).

the link below is to the spreadsheet that the OR uses to assess the SOA, it is a bit out of date so add about 5-10%
