is there a time limit after BR discharge before i can apply for redundancy or taking a early pension -thanks

Hi

If you are discharged and not subject to an income payment agreement, then the OR has no call on any windfalls etc you may have.

please could you clarify if you are made redundant AFTER discharge and have an IPA does the or have any claim on pension/lumpsum.
