Hi

our head office is based in Somerset so happy to have someone have a chat with you anytime.

My last experiences of Plymouth OR are fine. The folks at the court are also pleasant HOWEVER PLEASE PHONE TO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR APPOINTMENT AT THE COURT. I am aware that that have got the wrong days on several occasions.

Nee bee - Hello my dear...

I went BR on 19th May at the PLYMOUTH cc - 5 MINUTES - NOT A PROBLEM.

iinitial meet with OR and interview arrange for two weeks on - I took loads of stuff in in an ordely fashion - the interview was ALL Day - very unusual. Mine is complex two businesses, two houses, one business BR - one a company and not affected by the BR - Have ceased trading resigned as director and parked it for the BR to go through.

The are in Mayflower St (First Floor )(If you have any contacts at the CAB, if they have time they may sit in to assist.

For me no creditors meeting - looking at automatic dischasrge may even be an early dischardge.

Good luck my friend - I vannot really say the name of the examiner - He was tall, young and trained as a lawyer - will not say his name, but generally they are quite helpful when I have popped - will earen email answers - do not abuse that though - general day to day stuff

Finally this is the best site I have seen and used - good people giving advice - good links and good to share

Goood line on the 20th Best regards "my Luvver" (Devonm term!)

Regards, Richard

New Bee Hi again,

On the basis that you live near Plymouth, I will always arrange to meet and have a cuppa - we will have to go Dutch!
I live in the Higher Compton area
