hi i owe around £6000 in total. i have been struggling with payments for 8months now, as i was made redundant. i am receiving red reminders constantly. would i qualify for bankruptcy
Hi Did you recieve a redundancy package, i.e would that be enought offer to the creditor/s as full and final. / If you were offered a redunancy payment and have/havent recieved it then it would be beome part of your estate.
