sorry i dint mean while i was bankcrupt i understand that, what i ment really is early discharge just the same as discharge?
I sent the keys back for my old house back in January however I havent heard anything to see if it has been sold or not? how will I find that out as the mortgage company wouldnt speak to me and said they are dealing with the IR
