I have received a settlement for a wrongful death of my husband. My 31 year old daughter is in bankruptcy until December. If she is awarded any of this money will she have to pay it back to the court. It's a Chapter 13 and should she be awarded any of this money?

If it is a chapter 13 I assume you are in the USA.
