Now that the euphoria of seeing Discharged 5 August next to my name on the insolvency register I am starting to have doubts. I did not receive an EDREV form to fill in and I have not had any formal notification from the OR. I would like to start moving on with my life but do I still need to notify the OR of any change in circumstances.

Any help appreciated

Shirley

no, you are FREE

I was not working and I did not receive EDREV form to fill in either, I just saw that I had been discharged early on the register but a day or so later, I received a letter, so you could get something in the post

You only need to notify the OR of any change in circumstance if you have an IPA.

Make sure you print the page from the Insolvency Register showing that you are discharged - some companies will accept this if they ask for proof od discharge.
