hello everyone,is this possible?i am petitioning bankruptcy on 1st of september,and i have plan to go home to my country on 27th of september for atleast 6months or more.will the OR allow me for this?
You will need to advise the OR of your plans so that they can ensure that they have interviewed you before you leave. You will also need to give them contact details in case they need to contact you as you will still need to co-operate with them whilst you are abroad.

Yes, you will be allowed to go. Quite a few people declare BR and then leave to UK to have fresh starts abroad so there shouldn't be a problem provided you give the OR your contact details.
