hi all just letting you all know i went to court yesterday and it was nothing like i imagined it would be .everyone was really nice and i was given all the help i needed .i spoke to or after seeing the judge and she was also very nice telling me about the bank and what would happen to accounts ect .she told me that she didnt have a problem me continuing to withdraw wages from a joint ac but that when bank found out i was br they would freeze acc .i then went to bank to tell them what or said and was told as soon as they wre informed acc would be frozen .had achat with advisor and he removed my name from join acc so i can still recieve wages ect very helpful as i now dont have to look for a new acc informed or and she said it was fine
so far so good
