i have things on hire purchase eg;cooker do i put them on the bankrupsty forms if so has the company i had them of got the right to fetch them back i have paid 3/4 of the price

You do need to declare them on your forms, but the companies concerned will not be interested in collecting second hand electrical goods even if they were entitled to which they will not be if you have paid 75% of the contract.
