Can you tell me if I can declare bankruptcy if I am working and if I do declare bankruptcy, do my debts get written off?

Hi

in bankruptcy most debts are written off but some debts remain ( such as court fines, student loans and CSA payments / debt )

before we would recommend bankruptcy as a solution it is useful to discuss your case in more detail to look at your income & outgoings and the total debt.
