Court date finally booked for the 16th October! It feels to have gone on forever now.
Just about to make a start on our paperwork but our soa is complicated as I'm due to give birth at the beginning of November! I start maternity leave a week before br date so can put an accurate figure down for my wage. However, regarding child tax credits this will increase once baby born and obviously our outgoings will too.
I can ask for an estimate from CTC re what we'll receive once baby born and can estimate the increase in housekeeping etc for the additional member but my question is do I list these on form now so I don't have to change everything a month later once baby born?

at the end of the soa you will be asked to given the details surrounding the history up to the br. That is a good place to give more details about the change in circumstances which mean your income will reduce and your expenses will increase.

good luck with the birth - hope all goes brilliantly and please let us know when you get the news
