Hi

You are entitled to pay for your housing as a legitamate expense, as long as it is not excessive and only around what you pay in rent, it would make no difference. The only question may be, where is the money for the deposit coming from, as this would be an asset in the bankruptcy.
If you are living with your girlfriend then her wage would be taken into consideration for the household income. Her income would be used to pro rata the household expenses between you.
