Hi

Has anyone hade a creditor knock on the door after the details have been sent out by the OR - what I am thinking the letter from the Or has my home address - Is this a matter from the OR or the police if it happens?

What if there is a discrepancy as whet I say is owed and that varies from what the creditor feels may be owed?

No date was to be set up from the OR for a creditors meeting so that was welcome

Any experiences welcome

Richard

The Report to creditors will have had your addres at the date of thr BO, the online register will have your curent address. You should report the creditor to the OR as they have no right to collect their debt now. It doesnt matter if the amount is wrong on the SOA all debt are included in the BO whether declared or not (with some exceptions). What did the creditor say when you told him about the bankruptcy

Hi

Thanks for the reply.

There was no unpleasentness - I did not get into any confrontation - they have not come back again and I do not wish to stir things up too much - I was in business in the city (Plymouth) for many years and well known - so far I have not had any real issues - The city is like a "village" particularly, the local business people, I advertised in the press and on radio and now I am gone!!

Hey ho - just wondered if anyone else had had that happen?

regards, Richard
