When do you have to pay the fees for the BR hearing? Thank you in advance, John

on the day , you will be at the court

When you hand the forms in you will need to pay the fee. In the majority of courts this is the same day that you are declared BR but in some courts you hand the forms in on one day (and pay the fee) and then have the BR hearing a few days later.
