Was offically made bankrupt yesterday and recieved forms today to confirm telephone interview for next friday. On the forms i need to sign and send back, also has part to be signed by witness ??
Also what is the process for applying for early discharge. is there a form i can obtain and complete after a certain time on bankrupt ?
What are the OR doing from now till ne friday ? are they obtaining all my statements from the creditors and reviewing expenditure ?

That's correct.

An early discharge is a bonus and completely at the discretion of the OR. You have just had all of your debt written off and will be BR for 12 months. This should be more than a fair trade.

They will be checking through your SOA and waiting for the signed forms you have been asked to return. They will also contact the people who maintain the Insolvency Register and the London Gazette to have your details added.
It can take up to 2 months to inform the creditors so this won't happen straight awaty.
