If am put on a IPA and then i lose my job towards the discharge date, will i still be put back on IPA after getting a new job even though its then after discharge ?
You could be yes. The IPA can only lest for 36 months so if you lose your job after 10 months they could vary the IPA to £0 per month, note that the IPA is still continuing and the months are still ticking past. If in the 20th month you are able to pay then you would pay for the last 16 months. Some OR's however choose to cancel the IPA completly after a few months if it is looking likely that the bankrupt will not be returning to work in the near future
