Hi and welcome to the forum.

There are no minimum and maximum allowances as such, only guidelines that the OR works to. You need to list your expenses honestly and what's left is your disposable income.

Gettingoutofdebt, thanks for posting that link, however I cannot get it to open, I have tried double clicking it in IE8, but says page cannot be found. Have also tried cut and pasting it using Google chrome but again I get the same message.

The link is an Excel spreadsheet so if you don't have Excel installed on your PC then you won't be able to view it.

The guidelines are dependent upon the amount of adults/children in the household so let me know how many adults/children there are living with you and I will post the details here.

I have excel installed along with open office but for some reason it will not find the page. I have just been on the insolvency website and searched for it on there. It is coming up in the search results, but still gives me this page cannot be found even when clicking on it from their website! Strange one but cannot get it to work.

Same here so it looks like the spreadsheet has been moved or renamed and the link hasn't been updated or maybe it's just a temporary thing.

Oeps, sorry i forgot to mention that these figures are only guidelines so the OR doesn´t have to accept them.
