I have a small house in Ireland will these be taken by the Courts in the UK, or is it out of UK jurisdiction?

Hi

if you petition for Br in the UK then the Official Receiver will control all of your assets in all countries.

In bankruptcy you basically swap all of your debts for all of your assets .

Depending upon the situation you may be better to look at alternatives to Br and you may well have a few choices.

How much debt do you have and what is the value of the house?
