I went to court a couple of weeks ago to file for bankruptcy with my husband but couldnt do it as our IVA was still active. We wrote to the IVA company to terminate our payments and are awaiting their letter which we have to give to the court. Do you think I should make an appointment with the court now before we get the letter, the IVA company said we should get the letter tomorrow??
Thanks

It won't do any harm to give the court a call and see if they have an appointment system. Some courts just ask you to turn up but others have appointment systems.
