Hello all,

I am having a worrying day today - I am afraid it happens now and then. The question below sometimes runs through my head...

What happens if BR is discharged and then a "new" creditor appears with a claim for £x that they state was owed by the BR before the BR was filed?

yu just tell the OR and it will be included in the bankruptcy
