hi i am filling in the forms for bankrupct, one of my debts i share with hubby who is going to try and get a dro as his debts are at lot less than mine now where do i put the joint debt down on my form or hubbys?

If it is a joint debt then put it on both and mention it to the OR when you have the interview.
