I'm a discharged bankrupt and am in the process of cleaning up my credit files. So far I just have the one from Equifax. My name and address are correct but there's no mention of my bankruptcy or any of the defaults leading up to it. How can this be? Should I just keep quiet about it?

Many thanks

Check Experian and CallCredit as well. It's strange that there is nothing on the Equifax but there may still be entries on the other two credit files.
