Hi I will automatically be discharged from BR on the 2/10/09 but I didnt get anyone to buy the benificial interest in my propety so what will happen now can I still get someone to purchase it after BR and what will happen if no one does. My property is in negative equity will they take it off me anyway or is it doubtful in todays current financial climat.I did however send off all the paper work for the BI to be transfered to my husbands name and 2 copies of the valuation but the OR wrolte back and asked for the £211 for the transfer and my solicitors name ,but at the time could not afford a solicitor so it never got done, is it too late to deal with it now and do I need a solicitor.
If I were you I would contact the OR's office now with an up to date valuation saying your husband would like to buy it. The OR has 3 years to begin dealings withregard to the house so if there is sill negative equity then it would revert back to you automatically.
