I go to the court tomorrow and am about to print off my forms to take. I am trying to word the Cause of Bankruptcy bit and just cant find the words. They also ask for a date. Does this have to be accurate and how can it be?? Anyone give me an idea of how accurate all this has to be, its really hard to put your finger on exactly what went wrong. Wish I was tougher but im finding this so hard

Which date are you referring to? Is this the date that you first had difficulty paying your debts? If so just put the month and year and, no, it doesn't have to be exact.

Regarding the cause of BR, just be honest. There isn't any right or wrong answer and the OR will go into this in further detail during the interview.

Good luck for tomorrow - it will be fine and you will wonder what all the worrying was about.
