Hello, I declared myself bankrupt 2 weeks ago. I have been in touch with my OR and she wants a receipt from a sale of one of my assests. I don't have a one and I'm really worried. What will happen?
Was the asset something that the OR will be able to trace, such as a car or property, or was the money paid into your bank account? If so there shouldn't be a problem.
I'm not sure what will happen if you cannot prove the sale in this way, hopefully one of the experts will be along to help you shortly.
