We have no equity in our property, in fact it is a little in negative equity. If the Official Receiver takes possession of the house does this mean that we would actually have to move out?

Hi,if your house is in negative equity, then the OR won't be interested in it.

You will able to buy back the beneficial interest in for £1 plus £211 costs and that will take it out of the BR.

The glimmer gets brighter all the time
