My husband was made bankrupt nearly 5 years ago and he was made bankrupt for 12 years.can he get a discharge before the 12 years.

Is this a Bankruptcy Restrictions Order (BRO) for 12 years? If so then he is already discharged but the BR restrictions will apply to him for the 12 yrs and he won't be able to end the BRO early.
