Just trying frantically to complete forms online now before court tomorrow and unsure of what dates to put on creditors listing! Some of the debts are overdrafts which means that unlike a loan it wasn't incurred on one specific date but over a period of time - so what do I put as the date? Unfortunately the problem with doing it online means you can't leave the dates blank. If I select todays date and then when printed cross it out will this be ok do you think?

Today's date will be fine or you could put the date the OD was first taken if you can remember it. There is no need to be exact for these things as the OR will get the information from the creditors any way so a 'rough' estimation is fine.
