can some please tell me what this means

this was in a letter from Offival Receiver Office

"Will you please confrim, within the next 21 days the source of the funds used to petition for your bankruptcy"

The money come from my wife account and the come into the bank account as a rent paytment for the flat I had before going BR.
What do I say.

All you need to do is say that your wife funded the payment - the good news is that if any monies had come into the bankruptcy they refund the payment....so it may be that they wish to refund the payment to your wife
