I received EDREV,letter filled in new I/E form and sent it off.A week later I received a letter saying that they were writing to creditors and if no objections would be filling ED papers at court, 28 days from date of letter. This was 5 weeks ago, what are my chances of getting early discharge and how long is the process likely to take,I'm so on edge now waiting for something to happen, am checking insolvency register daily(think I,m becoming obsessed with it).

The creditors have 28 days to object to the ED however the OR gives them an extra week in case their responses are delayed by the postal service.

Normally from the EDREV letter to ED is about 6-8 weeks.

Hi

I believe my letter took about 6 weeks to arrive, and I believe you remain on the insolvency register for an additional 3 months from the date of discharge.
