We have had a leter today from the mortgage company stating that we need to be out the house by November 11th (28 days after court hearing which is what we were expecting)
We should be able to move into the rented house on 26th October if all goes well.
We have not made a BR date yet as we want to sort out renting a house first but I will keep you all posted and thanks for all advice given so far

Good luck Buzzrock.

Have you had any problems in applying for rented property?
Have they done a credit search on you?

We told the agent our situation about repossession and BR and told him our credit file would not be good! He was really understanding.
We are waiting on the credit report now so I will let you know how it goes, I also think the landlord just wants someone to move in by the end of the month so maybe thats helping us at the minute too.

we moved in to our rented house last friday and are settling in slowly, luckily the gas and electric supplier is different from our old one who we are in arrears with.
I can include these in my br can't I?

I need to book my br date yet, £1020 to pay out and christmas is nearly here too!!
