A debtor has an interim charging order on my main residence. The court hearing is in January. My house is in negative equity and I am likely to go bankrupt before the hearing. How will this affect the order?

If you are BR before the hearing then the hearing won't happen. There is a section within the SOA that asks if there are any court hearings scheduled by creditors so just include the details in that section.

Just make sure the judge is aware when you go bankrupt, I had an interim order on the house and then went bankrupt and the final charging order was granted AFTER my bankrupty date as the court will not know unless you tell them. I got it overturned
