Hi all,
I have been called to a second interview next week as there are some final creditors to resolve.
the nature of my BR was such that I owed some of my clients money (landlords) and the closure of my business was very complex - too much to say on a posting as it would take all day!
I have been very depressed and have bouts of severe depression where I cannot even think about my BR and that has caused me to delay matters.
The examiner seems to be relaxed, but I am worried - any suggestions or advice on my approach next week when I am before the examiner?
Many thanks, Richard

Hi Richard, sorry to hear you have been called back for a second interview, but this really is nothing to worry about and often happens in the more 'complex' of cases. It is very difficult for the examiner to complete everything in 'one hit'! Just try to be calm, and try to view it from their perspective - they have to try to establish what has led you to your current position - it is probably to dot some i's and cross some t's....if that makes sense... From the examiiner's persepective it is easier to have the client in front of them and go through things than to ring, ring again and perhaps ring again or send a number of questions by letter - one chat face to face will enable any queries to be sorted, it will also give you a chance to ask some of your own!

Bora da Melanie!
I am normally a very confident person and always have been - the past 6 months have been like a living hell.
I cannot help but worry - but take your advice and will try to be calm - I am seeing my G.P. on Monday re the OR request to him and am seeing my psychiatrist next Thursday - all good fun!! Seriously, it is so stressful and this forum helps enormously - just to say to others, my case was/is complex and as such I guess I half expected another call form the OR - I have information "sitting" on my study floor at home - just waiting to be looked at and I am struggling with myself to pick it up - how daft is that?
Diolch (as always), Richard

I know it must be worrying but all I can say is, just go and answer the questions as honestly as you can, that is all you can do, you have not done anything wrong. |

Hello all
Had my second appointment - I took another two more crates of paperwork to the OR (the bad thing about being an estate agent and letting agent is there is a lot of paper!!)
I was stressed all night and why I ask - I was there for 10 minutes - a different examiner - nice chap - took the new evidence and said I may need to see you - but do not know as yet - I said OK fine - I am here to oblige!!
Well see what the next few weeks bring - at least the floor of my study at home is now clear - the carpet is a dufferent colour (not really) - my wife is happy and psychologically several hundred paper files less has made me feel "cleansed"
Have a good day as they say!!, Regards, Richard
