Hi i went bankrupt today and just returned from the court however we dont have an appointment with OR until next week think it'll be a telephone appointment. However just wondered whether or not any baliffs would come in the meantime as were quite worried what will happen regarding baliffs and what they can/cant take etc.
You are now BR so bailiffs cannot take any items unless the items are on a secured loan i.e. car, etc. All unsecured credit will be written off as part of the BR.
