 im thinking of going bankrupt.

im thinking of going bankrupt. 1 of my debts is £4k to Bank of scotland. my bank account which my wages get paid into is Halifax (which is in good standing). Do you think i will have problems with the bank acount, and any of my wages going adrift?? Thx

You may be ok, but personally I would open a new account with someone who is not a creditor. That way you know your money will be ok.

The Co-op is a highly recommended account on here. You can open a basic Cashminder account either on the phone or in a branch.

The glimmer gets brighter all the time

Hi

I can confirm that the CO OP cashminder account is a great account to have, allows you to have a visa electron debit card, and provides online banking facilities etc.
