Hi all First may I say a massive thank ypu to all who replied and helped me out over the last few days I don't think I could of got through the last few days without you all.
Today was my day to go in front of the judge, last night getting some sleep was so hard this morning I was feeling sick and really felt down. I left my house at 8.20am for a short trip to the court shaking like a leaf at 8.45am I was in a room with the secretary and at 8.55am back in the waiting room after having all my forms checked out and paying for my bankruptcy. I waited till 10.34am to go in front of the judge who made me feel very welomed and at 10.35am said I was bankrupt and at 10.36am back in with his secretary getting my papers and getting back home at 10.50am. I was told before I left court that anyone come asking for money I owe to give them my bankruptcy number, and to go straight home and wait for the O/R to call me. Some 3 hours later I had a call off the O/R which lasted about 5 mins to confirm a few details and if I had any questions to ask. I was then informed she was waiting for the papers to arrive from the court office and booked me an appointment on the 6 nov at 9am, and I was told this is going to be a phone conversation which will take about 15 mins, but I might be called in if there is any alterations to be done .
I am so relieved now getting back to my normal self again so if anyone out there is in debt go B/R and get it out of your system and life its the best thing and don't worry its not such a big thing they help you.
