Hi there, we have a dilema, possibly a nice one for this month (november) only. We went BR in July (and it's flying by btw), prior to that I had lost my job so had to negotiate our mortgage temporarily. Luckily got another job the week before BR but over the last couple of months have been paying off the arrears. This is all sorted now (as purchasing BI also) I've just confirmed all new payments with mortgage co which comes into affect in December, meaning in November we have an option to pay less this month as a one off. On a normal month we have no disposable income but are getting NT IPA's. As we have the option of paying less on our mortgage this month, it could technically mean we'd have some disposable income for November only...(which would come in handy as we've just had to fork out £75 at the vets this morning...plus Nov is a 5 week month). Apologies for waffling on but i do not want to do anything wrong.....my question is, as we both went BR, would we get £99 each DI, meaning we could in theory underpay our mortgage by say £180 in November as one off with no repercussions?? It wouldn't be that much (I wish) but would I be right in thinking we could??

Any advice would be great

Thankx :-)

Thanks debt info. so in theory so long as in november we do not exceed the 99 each, we could pay a reduced monthly one off payment?
