I have a card which they ask me to make fortnightly payments of £11 as they say im paying for this year and in a few month time will be paying for next years licence in advance. I have pretty much managed to maintain the payments they have requested other than a couple of late payments here and there which they keep texting me and asking me to make them up. Someone mentioned TV licence is not able to be looked at in BR and i will just have to maintain my payments and pay a small amount extra each fortnight to make up the couple of missed payments , is that right ?
You cannot include you TV licence arrears in bankruptcy. You will have to try to play catch up each week
