Hi Kelly all you need to take is copies of your application forms (we needed 3 copies) and your fee. You will have an appointment to see the clerk, they just go through your form to see everything is correct and take your payment, then you may or maynot see the judge, we saw him about 2hrs after seeing the clerk and were in and out of his office in 5 mins, we then went back the the clerks office where our form was stamped and we were bankrupt. About two weeks later we had or OR call where he asked how we got into this position and went through our income and outgoings with us. He was also very friendly and helpful.

It was all a whole lot easier than we thought and nothing to really worry about.

Good luck sure it will be fine.

Mick
