Went bankrupt on May 1st and OR is putting me through for an early discharge.
I had a revised SOA form sent to me a few weeks back and i sent it back but havent heard any more from OR, can anyone help???

Hi Shazzles we sent our revised IE form off on the 14 sept for ED, the OR sent the letters to the creditors on the 21 sept and they are allowed 30 to reply plus a further 6 days. We have heard nothing yet either.

Not sure if its 30 normal days or working days. Good luck with yours.

I too received ed letter on 14th sept and then a letter to say creditors had 28 days to object on 21sept an have heard nothing since,am begining to give up hope.

Keep checking the Insolvency register...especially a few days after 6 months is up....you might have a pleasent surprise, as i did!.

I filled in my EDREV form, and heard nothing...it was only because i checked the register,(you probably won`t be informed by the O.R)...i found i was discharged....YAHOO!.
