hello someone is trying to bankrupt me on friday...should they win will my house be at risk market value is currently 310,000 i have a mortgage of 314,000 and there are leans totalling approx 15000....also my wife is a 50% owner....will the of allow her to purchase my beneficial interest....also if i clear my bank account on thursday one day before hearing how would this be viewed...the petition amount is 1197 and i have other debts of 50000 not included on this petition thanks
