If the OR didn't mention that we might get an IPA then is it more than likely we won't get one? She went through our I and E which pretty much showed level However this was taking into account DLA which we need to live on. She said DLA was considered as income but not counted towards an IPA. Do you think we are ok and won't get one? katie

On the information which you have given, it does soud unlikely that you will get an IPA. However the OR should confirm this.
